The TCAG 330/300 machine was designed in order to eliminate core waste products for good.

By means of a patented system of junction, it is possible to join the off cut pieces of tubes before cutting a brand new core, having in this way the opportunity of not throwing away any more tubes.

That means remarkable savings by recovering raw material.
The system may be used for cardboard, PVC and PP tubes, without any mechanical intervention.

As a matter of fact, the machine is completely automatic. Diameter, length, thickness and type of material to be used may be set by touch screen.

Thanks to last years' experience gained, and by means of the feedback of customers of our who bought the TCAG machine, we may state that the core saving is approximatly 30% per year.

Moreover, if you buy the supplied automatic loader, it is possible to load into the machine a complete pallet of tubes, as delivered by supplier.

Like this, once more thanks to our junction system, you would be able to buy just a single size of tubes instead of pre-cut length (since the off cut material matter is solved), giving you the possibility of better organize your warehouse as well.

Then, as you know well, pre-cut length are more expensive than the standard ones.
