The TCSG machine has been designed in order to eliminate core waste forever.

By means of a patented system of joining, it is possible to join the cut off pieces of tube instead of cutting a brand new core, this allows the opportunity no longer throw away any more tubes.

Remarkable savings will be made by recovering raw material.

The system may be used for cardboard, PVC and PP tubes, without any mechanical intervention.

A huge advantage is that the machine is completely automatic. Diameter, length, thickness and type of material to be used may be set by the touch screen.

Thanks to our years of experience and positive feedback from our customers who have purchased our core cutters, we can state that the core saving is approximately 30% per year.

The main difference between this model and the others is the opportunity to exclude the joining system in case production without joining is required. This model can also cut up to 8" cores.

If you buy the supplied automatic loader, it is possible to load into the machine a complete pallet of tubes, as delivered by your supplier. In this way, thanks to our joining system, you are able to buy just a single length of tubes instead of pre-cut lengths (since the cut off material is no longer an issue). This gives you the ability to better organize your warehouse and increase both space and efficiency.

There is another saving, because pre-cut lengths are more expensive than the standard ones.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

• Loading station made by one or two loaders, placed one each side of the machine, to be chosen from automatic or semiautomatic type;
• Unloader for core waste (max. length 500 mm);
• Patented device to join and cut cores, identical to TCAG Core Cutter;
• Joining device can be excluded or not;
• We can cut paper and plastics cores with the same blade without mechanical adjustment;
• Cutting station with automatic positioning, based on chosen external diameters (from 80 to 230 mm);
• Cutting dimensions to be inserted by touch-screen;
• Possibility to add smoothing device for external diameters;
• Minimum cut length 10 mm;
• Transparent plastic guards, to leave a complete vision of machine work.
