The TCLG machine has been designed in to eliminate core waste. 
By means of a patented system of joining, it is possible to join the cut off pieces of tubes instead of cutting a brand new core. This allows the opportunity to no longer throw away any more scrap tubes. Remarkable savings will be made by recovering raw material. The system may be used for cardboard, PVC and PP tubes, without any mechanical changes. A huge advantage is that the machine is completely automatic. Diameter, length, thickness and type of material to be used may be set by the touch screen. Thanks to our years of experience and positive feedback from our customers who have purchased our core cutters, we can state that the core saving is approximately 30% per year. The main difference between the standard TCAG and the TCLG machine is when using the small cores by manual loader the operator is required to join the cores before the cut operation. This is automatic for the TCAG standard model. If you buy the supplied automatic loader, it is possible to load into the machine a complete pallet of tubes, as delivered by your supplier. In this way, thanks to our joining system, you are able to buy just a single length of tubes instead of pre-cut lengths (since the cut off material is no longer an issue). This gives you the ability to better organize your warehouse and increase both space and efficiency. There is another saving, because pre-cut lengths are more expensive than the standard ones.
